Rajso Jewelry ships handcrafted 925 sterling silver jewellery worldwide — from single retail pieces to bulk export orders. All product prices and shipping charges are quoted in USD. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, charges, customs and duties, and how international shipping works for both retail and wholesale customers.
1. Order Processing Time
- In-stock retail orders: inspected, quality-checked and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces: typically 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
- Wholesale / bulk export orders: production lead time is confirmed on your order confirmation, usually 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and customisation.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 10–18 business days
- Europe: 12–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, peak seasons or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Retail orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Free shipping: may be available on orders above a minimum threshold, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- Wholesale / bulk orders: freight is quoted separately per order based on weight, volume, destination and the agreed Incoterm.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use on the carrier’s website. For wholesale shipments, full tracking and shipping documents are shared with you directly.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international orders are shipped on a DDU / DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your payment covers the product and outbound shipping, but any import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST or local taxes levied by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are payable to the carrier or customs authority on arrival.
- The buyer (or their nominated consignee) is the importer of record and is responsible for meeting all import requirements of the destination country.
- We declare all shipments accurately and lawfully; we cannot mark items as a “gift” or under-declare their value.
- Each country has a different de minimis threshold below which duties may not apply — please check your local customs rules before ordering.
- For wholesale/export orders we can quote on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis on request, where duties and taxes are prepaid for a transparent landed cost.
6. Wholesale & Bulk Export Shipping
For bulk and trade orders we ship via reputable couriers (such as DHL, FedEx or UPS) or freight forwarders. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list and any export documentation required. Applicable Incoterms (e.g. DAP or DDP) and freight costs are confirmed at the quotation stage. Title and risk pass to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping costs for returned parcels are payable by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rajsojewelry.com with your order number (and photos in the case of damage) within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
9. Returns & Refunds
