1. About Us
Rajso Jewelry is a handcrafted 925 sterling silver jewellery manufacturer and exporter based in Jaipur, India. We supply both individual (retail) customers and trade/wholesale buyers worldwide, and we sell and quote exclusively in USD.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. Wholesale accounts are intended for genuine businesses and resellers.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in USD and exclude any import duties, taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Because our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, gemstone and weight are natural and are not defects.
- We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.
5. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Retail payments are processed securely via PayPal. An order confirmation email is sent after successful payment; this confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or stock unavailability.
6. Wholesale, Bulk & Custom (OEM/ODM) Orders
For trade, bulk and custom orders the following additional terms apply:
- A formal quotation, proforma invoice and order confirmation govern each order, including quantity, specifications, price, lead time and Incoterms.
- Custom and bulk orders typically require a 50% advance deposit, with the balance payable before dispatch; deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Production lead times are estimates and may vary with order size and customisation. Title and risk in the goods pass to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm (e.g. DAP or DDP).
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring the goods may be lawfully imported and sold in their country, and for all import duties, taxes and compliance.
- Custom and bulk export orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable except for genuine manufacturing defects, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Materials & Product Compliance
Our jewellery is made of solid 925 sterling silver, which may be plated and set with genuine or simulated gemstones as described on each product. We aim to describe all materials accurately. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the products meet any hallmarking, labelling or safety requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Delivery, customs and duty terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds (including wholesale terms) are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, designs, text, logos and product photographs — is the property of Rajso Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rajso Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rajso Jewelry against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful resale, import or use of our products.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs delays, war or government action.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
14. Changes & Severability
We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
