At Rajso Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. All prices are in USD.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unworn condition
- It has not been resized, altered, or damaged by the customer
- It is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is included
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount code (unless defective)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rajsojewelry.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@rajsojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
- Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original PayPal account within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
